  • Organic Food Festival - India Organic 2006

    The most important addition to the happenings at India Organic 2006 is the Organic Food Festival. To be organized and managed jointly by ICCOA and Morarka Organic Jaipur, this unique event will feature cuisines from different regions of the country.

    Karnataka – Bisi bele bath, Vangi bath, Akki roti, Ragi roti, Puliograi, Lemon rice, etc
    Rajasthan – Baijar ki roti + aloo ki sabzi, Bajara ki roti + kadi, Gehoo ki roti + mangodi, Churma + dal, Lapsi, Kastha & Missi roti, etc.
    Gujarat – Dhokala, Phulka, sabzi, etc
    Punjab – North Indian Thali.
    Of course other popular snacks will also be available such as Paneer tikka, Veg kabab, Samosa, Tikki, Idly, Dosa, Vada, Chat, Gulab jamon, Moong Halva, Fresh fruit juices, Fruit salad, Tea, Coffee, etc.

    Made from certified organic ingredients chosen from producers all over the country by Morarka Organic which is responsible for conversion of more than 10000 acres of farmland to certified organic status, the food will be cooked under the supervision of highly regarded chefs from each region.

    So, come and enjoy everyday from 9th to 12th November 2006 in the Palace Grounds. Do not miss this unique opportunity.

    For those of you who cannot come during the day time, we have kept the food court open till 10.30 pm everyday (the Trade Fair timings are 10.00 am to 8.00 pm). Come and enjoy the delicacies prepared from Organic ingredients, with your family and friends.

    The food court is open till 10.30 pm everyday
