India For Tibet
April 17th, 2008
A group of us have organized a protest in Bangalore called INDIA FOR TIBET on the 26th of April 2008. The Human Rights violations in Tibet is a very serious issue as you may all know and needs as much attention as possible. Therefore we have organized a complete Indian youth initiative to show our support for the Tibetan people.
So far in Bangalore the protest has been only Tibetan. What we fail to realise is that this is a Human Rights crises close to home and concerns us all. I urge you to join us on the 26th, we need all your support.
Please send this email to as many people in Bangalore as possible. Below are the details of the details of the protest.
Every Hand Counts!!!
Take a stand and voice your opinions.
Join us at the protest to spread awareness about the horrific Human Rights violation in Tibet where thousands of Tibetans are being detained and tortured.
We believe that it is vital that an objective international body investigates the situation and medical supplies and other necessities are dispatched to those in need.

Sir,
Dalai Lama came to India in 1959 with his followers. Now when China is conducting its olympics, this issue is raised combining a sports event with politics. Where were all of you human rights wallhs during the last 50 years? Dalai lama wants autonomy within China. What do you want?

Mr.John, you may be 50 or above. We born after 70s. You may be a communist slave. But we are not. Many nations supported us to get freedom in 1947. We were under different outside rulers for more than 1500 years. So we should support tibet. Dalai Lama’s autonomy policy is based on current political situation. Wheater its autonomy or freedom we have to support those innocent people. Indian govnt has no back bone to support this movement.
